My download isn't working.

If a worksheet or file won't download, these steps usually solve it.

1. Check your pop-up and download settings. Some browsers block downloads until you allow them.
2. Look in your downloads folder. The file may have saved without a notification.
3. Try another browser or an incognito window.
4. Make sure you have storage space on your device.
5. On mobile, the file may open in your browser instead of saving. Use the share or save option to keep a copy.
6. Try again on a computer, if you were using a phone or tablet.

Program worksheets are in the Resources tab inside each lesson or module.
