How Do I Access My Purchased Courses, Programs, or Resources?

Your purchased courses, programs, or resources lives inside the TriumphEnt Community.

Steps

1. Check your email. After purchase you'll receive a confirmation message at the email address you used at checkout. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.
2. Use the welcome page. After checkout you're taken to a welcome page with an Enter My Program button that leads to the community.
3. Sign in or create your profile at community.triumph-ent.com, using the same email address you used at checkout.
4. Find Your Course or Program. Most TriumphEnt courses and educational resources can be accessed through the Library within the main TriumphEnt Community, unless otherwise specified. Some programs, such as Build a Home for Your Brand, have a dedicated private channel for enrolled members. If your program includes a private channel, you'll receive access based on your enrollment.
5. Start at the Beginning. Once you've accessed your course or program, begin with the introductory lesson or welcome section, if available. This will guide you through what to expect, how the learning materials are organized, and where to begin your learning journey.

What to have ready

We recommend having a notebook or digital document available to take notes, along with any relevant information or materials related to your course. Each course or program may have its own recommended resources or preparation steps, so be sure to review any instructions provided before getting started.
