What helps us most

If you can, tell us:

• What you were trying to do
• What happened instead, including any message you saw
• The page or lesson where it happened
• Your device and browser
• A screenshot or short screen recording

If you can't share all of that, no problem. Tell us what you can and we'll follow up.
